Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a lovely fiance called JP along with a very unhappy dad Henry. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where I am most popular with my followers. I post about my day-to-day life, both positive and negative. The year 1990 was the time I emigrated to America together with my parents and brother at the age of one-and-half. Without my parents' devotion to dedication and hard work it is likely that I would not be here sharing my journey. My parents were the source of my inspiration and helped me become prosperous. My life was set out for me to study at university, land an employment in a company then marry, and purchase an apartment. I thought that was the ultimate definition of success. but life was not so sure to teach me what success meant. It was 2013 when I discovered that I didn't like going to work in my job as a corporate employee. The status and the money didn't not excite me. I believed that I wasted my time to earn money. I had a passion for working out and I enjoyed getting out and about with friends. as I navigated towards my new career path. I found my calling in personal training. The business I started in 2014. It is my 7th anniversary this year. Being an Asian female in this industry there are very many of us. My goal is to be a change maker within the field to offer the best coaching and guidance to help people to live a more healthy and happier them by creating the most sustainable life that meets their personal needs and goals. Also, I strive to inspire people to pursue their dreams and do all they wish to in life. When my business was taking off I also lost my mom. The loss of my mother is hardest of all. In Heaven she now rests following an eight-year fight against Scleroderma. However, I carry the memory of her every day. There is a lot we can learn from life, even though it may be difficult to spot it in the moment. Many ways, the loss of my mother changed me. It is my belief that she gave me another opportunity to live through her demise. The day she died was Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. Now it was time to go on into her new chapter, and for me to have the chance to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. In my 30's I am alive and conscious I truly feel like I'm living my life today and not merely existing like the person I was back in my previous. The purpose of telling my story is to let you know that you're not the only one. I hope that you feel that love is real and that a therapy session can be regular. Health is the most important asset you have. I hope that you experience life at its best and have no regrets in the final hours of your life. We are the only guarantee in life.
